General Terms & Condition
• Bhumi class pass packages are activated at time of first visit.
• We accept In app purchase, Touch&Go Qrpay and bank transfer.
• Under all circumstances, including but not limited to class cancellations by the studio due to insufficient registration or client unavailability due to illness, the package or pass is strictly:
– Non-refundable
– Non-exchangeable
– Non-transferable
– Non-extendable
• Packages can be used at Bhumi Lifestyle studio in Pavilion Damansara Heights only.
• Reservation cancellation within 12 hours before the class start consider late cancellation, 1 pass will be deducted.
• Strictly no enter to the class after class started 15 minutes to avoid interruption to the class, and consider late cancel
